These terms govern your use of getreelmagic.co.uk (the “Site”). Using the Site means you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Pre-launch status
The Site is a pre-launch landing page. It does not currently sell or distribute the ReelMagic application. Submitting the waitlist form does not create any obligation on us to provide a product, nor on you to buy one. Founding-member terms (including any discount) are indicative and will be confirmed at launch.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, logos, design, code — is owned by Daniel Whittaker / ReelMagic and may not be copied or redistributed without consent.
No warranty
The Site is provided as-is. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
